At Meezab Shahi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order by reaching out through our store. Please provide your order details and reason for return.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash — please provide your account details when requesting a refund.

- Opened or used hair oil products
- Items not in original packaging
- Items returned after 3 days of delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
